These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Neel Teck Loyentra, a Customer Loyalty, Rewards & Engagement Platform operated by NeelTeck Innovations Private Limited ("Neel Teck", "we", "us", or "our").
Loyentra provides technology that enables businesses to create and manage customer loyalty programs, rewards, offers, repeat-visit incentives, promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Features and usage limits may vary according to the selected plan.
Merchants are responsible for:
Neel Teck provides the technology platform and does not independently determine the commercial terms of a merchant's offers.
Rewards, discounts, gifts, offers, points and other benefits are determined by the participating merchant.
Neel Teck is not responsible for a merchant's failure to honor an offer, reward or promotional commitment.
Where available, merchants may create random reward campaigns such as Spin & Win.
Merchants are responsible for configuring prizes, eligibility requirements, campaign periods and applicable conditions accurately and lawfully.
Merchants must only collect and use customer information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their disclosed privacy practices.
Merchants must not use Loyentra to collect, process or distribute information unlawfully.
Users must not use Loyentra to:
Neel Teck may suspend or restrict accounts involved in prohibited activities.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their accounts.
Users should promptly notify Neel Teck if unauthorized access is suspected.
Loyentra may be provided through different plans or subscription options.
Pricing, features, usage limits and billing terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes may be charged according to law.
Loyentra may use or integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, hosting services, analytics services, communication providers and other technology platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
Neel Teck does not control third-party services or guarantee their availability.
Loyentra, its software, technology, interface, branding, designs and related materials are owned by or licensed to Neel Teck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit proprietary Loyentra technology except as expressly permitted.
Neel Teck aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security incidents, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Loyentra is a technology platform and does not guarantee specific increases in customer visits, sales, revenue, retention, engagement or business growth.
Results depend on how the merchant configures and operates its loyalty program and on customer participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neel Teck shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business-related losses arising from the use or inability to use Loyentra.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Neel Teck may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and protections available under applicable law.
